2. Data We Process
Consultation: name, phone, email when provided, service category, consultation format, organization or business type, region, message, referrer, landing page, and campaign parameters. AI diagnosis: stage, industry, region, budget, experience, expected costs and sales, concerns, diagnosis result, and optional contact details. Analytics: page, session identifier, referrer, device category, language, interaction events, and hashed visitor identifier.
3. Purpose
Respond to inquiries, define consulting scope, maintain consultation history, provide AI diagnosis results, improve services, measure content performance, and prevent abuse.
4. Retention
Consultation records are retained for up to three years unless deletion is requested or another legal basis applies. AI diagnosis records without contact consent are retained for up to one year. Analytics records are retained for up to 26 months.
5. AI Processing and Overseas Transfer
When AI features are used, the minimum necessary prompt data may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Direct contact details are excluded from analytics AI prompts. Users may avoid optional AI features or request explanation and review.
6. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension, withdrawal of consent, or explanation of automated processing by phone or email. Identity may be verified before action.
7. Security and Deletion
Access is restricted, administrative accounts are protected, transmission uses HTTPS where available, and expired electronic records are deleted so they cannot be restored through ordinary means.
8. Cookies and Analytics
The site may use session cookies and first-party analytics. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, though some functions may be limited.
9. Changes
Material changes are published on this page with an effective date.
